Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt, or delivery of any product from Creatus Universal Limited, through this www.yourboom.co.uk website ("website").

Delivery
We only accepted orders placed throughout the UK mainland and all orders over £50 are delivered carriage free. Orders under 1kg will be dispatched where reasonably practicable by first class post on the same working day as the order is received by YourBooM All items over 1kg will be dispatched where reasonably practicable the same working day as the order is received by YourBooM by courier and normally delivered within three working days.
Price and Payment Terms
For orders placed on this website, YourBooM accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and JCB. Cheques and PayPal must be made payable to “ Creatus Universal Limited” and “sales@yourboom.co.uk” . For information on details of payment methods please call 0207 289 7889. Prices are subject to change without notice. YourBooM are not responsible for typographical errors.
Orders
YourBooM reserves the right to deliver part orders, or hold orders until all items are available, as required. If any goods are not available within 30 days of the order being placed the customer will be informed and will be offered the option to continue to await delivery or offered a refund.
Transit Delays and Non-Delivery
The Customer must inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery within 14 days of such delivery or receipt give notice to the Customer Service Department of YourBooM of any apparent physical or delivery damage in the Goods. Queries regarding shortages of Goods must be made within 14 days of delivery date and must be accompanied by the dispatch note. Queries regarding Goods invoiced but not delivered must be made to the Customer Service Department of YourBooM within 14 days of invoice date and the invoice number must be quoted.
Satisfaction Guarantee
In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website during the 30 day trial period, please contact Customer Services on 0207 289 7889 or write to service@yourboom.co.uk Product must be returned in its original condition.
Warranty
We offer a one-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product is not satisfactory in accordance with the terms of the warranty, please contact Customer Services on 0207 289 7889 or write to service@yourboom.co.uk
Data Protection
YourBooM may send to the Customer details of other Goods and services offered by YourBooM that YourBooM may consider to be of interest to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to receive details of these offers then they should contact YourBooM either in writing at , by 6 Garden Court, Garden Road London NW8 9PP, facsimile on by telephone on 0207 289 7889 or by 0844 443 7113 e-mail at service@yourboom.co.uk requesting that data is removed from the marketing database.
Limitation of Liability
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of YourBoom shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. YourBooM shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

If you purchased any TwinMOS® product in the UK from this website, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language. You may have other rights granted by law and under the website and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these.
